About Rivetnest

Four people, one slot, and a stubborn refusal to add a second game.

Who actually builds this

Rivetnest is four people in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. Two of us write the code, one draws every symbol you see on the reels, and one keeps the legal pages and the support inbox honest. Nobody here has a marketing title, which is why the site says what it does in plain sentences instead of slogans.

The project started as an argument. One of us had spent a fortnight redrawing a trident for a client that eventually shipped it behind a paywall, and the rest of us were tired of watching decent artwork get buried under deposit prompts. So we built the opposite: the artwork first, the reels second, and no wallet at all. Poseidon Era took about five months of evenings, most of it spent on how the symbols land rather than on features.

We keep one game deliberately. A second title would double the code, halve the attention each gets, and turn a small thing we are proud of into a lobby nobody scrolls past. When we have an idea, it goes into Poseidon Era or it goes nowhere. The reel animation has been rewritten three times for that reason.

There is no revenue from the game because there is nothing to buy. We pay for hosting out of pocket, the way you would for a workshop project, and it costs less than it sounds. If that ever changes, it will be written on this page before anything changes on the reels — and it will never mean asking you for money to play.
